Mission Sustainability Initiative Director, 2023 - 2025

Forefront is the membership association for Illinois’ social impact sector. It serves operating nonprofits, philanthropic organizations, and the advisors who serve them. As the Director of the Mission Sustainability Initiative, I managed a pooled fund comprised of foundations enthusiastic about sustained collaboration, and I provide one-on-one guidance and educational programming to nonprofit leaders as they developed strategic administrative partnerships, explored mergers and asset transfers, and reimagine their business models.
